The apartment has two balconies, one with a view of the seaside park, the other on the south-western side of the courtyard. For max. 5 people.

Guests of this apartment can use the all-year swimming pool complex, which includes an indoor swimming pool, paddling pool, jacuzzi and sauna, an outdoor children’s pool with a small water slide (opened in the summer season). There is also a gym for the guests, an indoor playroom and two playgrounds in the open air for the youngest.
